General Corporate Representation; M&A: Weksler, Bregman counsels corporate clients on organizing business structures, including the establishment, financing, and representation of local and foreign corporations, partnerships and joint ventures; negotiation and consultation relating to asset and/or share purchase transactions; and on mergers and acquisitions. The firm also offers expertise in drafting technology licensing, marketing and distributorship agreements, as well as a variety of commercial agreements, and also has vast experience in representing some of Israel’s top retail fashion corporations. Over the past year the firm has handled the merger of two of the largest accounting firms in Israel.

The firm has vast experience in commercial, residential and industrial real estate development, including overseas investments. The firm has been involved in a wide variety of projects, ranging from the construction of commercial centers, large residential areas and shopping malls, to hotels and other projects. The firm represents one of the leading investments and real estate groups in Israel, which engages in land development, construction, trade, hotels and tourism.
Securities and Investments: The firm offers broad expertise in the securities field and has extensive experience in handling public offerings, private placements and securitization.
