History and Construction Over-the-Years
Euro-Israel began its operations in Beer Sheva building 18 housing units before moving to Jerusalem where it built 45 homes in Har Homa. Subsequently, it developed and built 62 homes in Beer Sheva and 72 housing units in the Negev city’s Neve Zeev neighborhood.
Modiin, the city under construction, became the next target for the company’s growth and development and 32 homes were built in the Evnei Hen (Kaisar) neighborhood, and 202 homes in the Moriah neighborhood (Buchman).
